Again there is the feeling of me being on a pedastal - as the narcissist wishes to be- and the viewer watching from a voyeuristic position below. This was taking with a male photographer and my expression is one that would not have come about via usual method of working solo, as I am reacting to the person behind the camera. There is genuine pleasure in the smile that acknowledges the gaze. Though this perhaps breaks the tension of the voyeuristic position. This is the crux of the problem that I am trying to address.
